Inspect Your Seal
Before Each Trip
  • Ensure the seal is intact before checking in or carrying your luggage.
  • Verify the seal number is correctly registered in the TravoSeal app.
Proper Use of
the Seal
  • Attach the seal to the designated buckle on your luggage.
  • Do not tamper with or reuse a single-use seal.
  • Replace the seal for each new trip or if it has been broken or removed.
During Transit
  • Keep your luggage in sight whenever possible.
  • Retain a copy of your seal record in TravoSeal app for checked luggage.
  • Avoid leaving luggage unattended in public areas.
Handling Issues
  • Do not open luggage if the seal is broken — report via TravoSeal app.
  • Follow instructions from airport or security personnel.
Transit or
Connecting Flights
  • No luggage claim required: continue using the same seal and re-submit your boarding pass in the app.
  • Luggage must be claimed: replace with a new seal before your next check-in.
General Precautions
  • Avoid extreme temperatures, moisture or physical stress on the seal.
  • Do not force or bypass the buckle.
  • Keep the TravoSeal app updated to maintain accurate records.
