Avoid leaving luggage unattended in public areas.

Handling Issues

Do not open luggage if the seal is broken — report via TravoSeal app.
Follow instructions from airport or security personnel.

Transit or
Connecting Flights

No luggage claim required: continue using the same seal and re-submit your boarding pass in the app.
Luggage must be claimed: replace with a new seal before your next check-in.

General Precautions

Avoid extreme temperatures, moisture or physical stress on the seal.
Do not force or bypass the buckle.
